These Terms of Service («Terms») govern the use of TechInsight.ai, a PinnacleAP company («Company,» «we,» «us,» or «our») Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and related services (collectively, the «Services»). You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using our Services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your company and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Services and Access
2.1 Description of Services
We provide a cloud-based SaaS platform for mid-to-large corporate customers, offering Mobile Device Lifecycle Management.
2.2 Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
2.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with notice where applicable and feasible.
- Payment and Billing
3.1 Subscription Fees
Access to our Services requires payment of applicable monthly fees, as outlined in the pricing plan within the Service Agreement.
3.2 Billing and Renewal
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the renewal fee.
3.3 Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
- User Obligations and Restrictions
4.1 Acceptable Use
Users shall not:
- Engage in unauthorized access, security breaches, or attempts to disrupt our Services.
- Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
